As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll lead design initiatives that bring clarity to complexity, helping your team navigate ambiguity, make confident product decisions, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
You’ll be hands-on across the full product lifecycle while driving a culture of quality, autonomy, and continuous learning.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN :
- Lead end-to-end design work across the product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery, designing for native mobile apps (iOS / Android) as well as responsive web
- Explore and validate ideas quickly through continuous research, prototyping, and fast feedback methods
- Design high-quality experiences through wireframes, flows, UI design, and polished developer-ready specs
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and Writers in cross-functional teams
- Define success metrics and use data (qual & quant) to inform decisions and optimize experiences
- Contribute to our Design System and ensure consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Drive craft quality and design maturity within your team and across the design org
- Mentor peers and share knowledge, helping the team grow through feedback and open discussions
- Balance product thinking with user advocacy, ensuring every solution solves the right problem and influence product roadmap
Qualifications
AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS / IS :
- Proven experience : 5+ years in product design, with solid B2C experience preferred. You’ve worked in cross-functional agile teams and thrive in product-led environments.
- Strong UX / UI foundation : You have a sharp eye for interaction and detail, and strong experience designing for native mobile apps (iOS / Android) as well as responsive web. You understand platform-specific constraints and design systems.
- Problem-first mindset : You focus on identifying the right problems before jumping to solutions. You bring clarity to fuzzy problems and help the team prioritize what will deliver the most impact.
- Data-informed and experiment-driven : You balance user insight with business data to inform decisions, and you’re not afraid to test, fail, and learn fast.
- Collaborative & autonomous : You bring others into your thinking early, give and receive feedback with empathy, and proactively lead your work from exploration to delivery.
