What You’ll Do

• Lead the entire product design process: User Research → UX → UI

• Transform complex product requirements into intuitive, usable interfaces

• Think strategically about product direction and user experience

• Communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate cross-functionally

• Design with an understanding of engineering constraints and implementation trade-offs

• Conduct user research and advocate for user-centered design

• Uphold high standards for design craft and detail

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience designing successful digital products

• Strong product sensibilities and the ability to suggest solutions proactively

• Strategic thinking with clear articulation of design rationale

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

• Deep understanding of UX principles and human behavior

• Experience working closely with engineering and product

• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma)

• Basic coding knowledge is a plus
