Your mission

You are responsible for specifically improving the success of the Finanzguru team in the area of Banking Quality & Insights and achieving measurable results.
You will work as an integral part of our product team, getting to the bottom of the structures and details of our banking data.
You own the logic and implementation of all KPIs of the product team, including the performance of various machine learning models.
You create data products (dashboards, analyses, datasets,…) that allow all team members to make data-based decisions.
You prepare insights so that they are easy to understand for everyone in the company.

Qualifications:

You have at least 5 years of experience in one or more of the areas of “Product Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Sales Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Data Science, etc.” and have already independently implemented complex data projects and generated measurable business impact.
You have very good knowledge of Python, SQL and PySpark and use these to efficiently analyze and process large amounts of data.
You are able to create efficient table transformations yourself.
You proactively identify and quantify potential ways we can improve insights from our transaction data.
You are able to communicate the results of your analyses in a stakeholder-friendly manner.
You are familiar with statistics and can apply them to real business problems.

Language requirements:

You have fluent German language skills (min. C1)
