In this role, you will leverage advanced data analysis techniques, such as cohort studies, funnel analysis, and lifetime value metrics, to generate meaningful insights from complex datasets that can guide product and business decisions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining performance dashboards and reports, examining trends and key metrics to highlight opportunities for improvement. Part of your role will involve strengthening the data infrastructure, enhancing accessibility and usability through tools like SQL, Python, BigQuery, and Excel, and recommending improvements for ongoing efficiency. Your advanced data expertise will play a crucial role in analysing products across financial services such as payroll solutions, multi-currency wallets, and vendor payments. You’ll create customer segmentation models that support targeted engagement strategies, and you’ll serve as the central point of contact for data needs across teams in product, marketing, engineering, and operations.
