TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- You have curiosity at your core, motivating you to answer WHY things happened, not just surface-level, but aiming for well-founded actionable results.
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other fields with a strong mathematical-statistical background.
- Previous experience as a Senior Data Analyst in a data-driven analytics environment, preferably within tech product organizations, with direct stakeholder contact.
- Exceptional analytical skills, lateral thinking, and proven experience solving highly challenging problems.
- Very good knowledge of SQL, databases, and statistical programming tools (e.g., Python, R) for exploratory analyses, report creation, and ETL maintenance.
- Possess advanced expertise in designing digital experiments, with extensive hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting A/B test results, supported by strong statistical knowledge. Experience with causal methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) and event tracking tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Firebase).
- You have successfully mentored junior analysts, guiding their growth and skill development.
- You understand how to engage and influence decision-makers through data visualization and storytelling, with excellent English communication skills.
