You will translate client needs and market trends into detailed requirements, drive architectural decisions, and guide cross-functional teams from concept to production in a hybrid Berlin-based setup.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of product experience in financial software or trading systems.
• Strong technical fluency with distributed systems, APIs and data engineering concepts.
• Proven track record building institutional products used by banks or asset managers.
• Experience working with trading protocols, FIX, market data feeds or post-trade processing is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Finance, Engineering or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.

Job Description

The Senior Product Builder will lead product development for a suite of institutional trading and risk tools. The role combines product strategy, technical design and go-to-market planning to deliver solutions that reduce operational risk and accelerate client adoption. Success will be measured by on-time delivery, platform stability, client uptake and measurable efficiency gains for users.
