Scalable Capital is expanding its Product organization, seeking impact-driven (Associate) Product Managers across domains. You will join one domain on day one to lead high-visibility initiatives and own end-to-end product ownership, with potential placements in banking, taxation, client data management, and wealth management.

Your mission includes driving product execution, defining backlogs, and collaborating with stakeholders across operations, legal, risk, compliance, and finance to deliver

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Experience internships, working student roles, or entry-level in product management, consulting, operations, or fast-growing startup, fintech/banking preferred.
• Hands-on experience with agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma) and user story creation.
• Fluent English communication; German is a strong plus.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and take ownership.

Job Description

We are expanding our Product organization and actively looking for impact-driven (Associate) Product Managers across several key domains. This recruitment process allows you to apply and be considered for the team where your strengths, technical interests, and experience will have the greatest impact.

Upon hire, you will be assigned to one dedicated domain from day one to lead high-visibility initiatives and take end-to-end product ownership. Potential track placements include banking, taxation, client data management & wealth management.

Your Mission with us:

• Drive Product Execution: Partner closely with software engineers, designers, and domain experts to scope, build, and ship features within your assigned domain.
• Define Backlogs & Requirements: Conduct user research, analyze metrics, and write clear user stories and specifications to maintain a healthy product backlog.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align stakeholders across operations, legal, risk, compliance, or finance to turn business requirements into user-friendly digital products.
• Measure Impact: Track key performance metrics post-launch to continually iterate and optimize customer outcomes.

Our next hiring cohort starts on 01 November 2026, with a secondary intake option on 01 December 2026. In case of a later start date request, please inform us during the process.

Locations: Berlin or Munich

Here is what our selection process looks like:

• Upload your resume by 4th of September.
• Initial Interview (30 mins): If you make it to the first round, you’ll be invited to an initial interview with a Hiring Manager to discuss your background and learn more about the role and company culture.
• Online Test Assignment: Complete a domain-specific test-assignment that allows you to demonstrate your product skills and fit for the role.
• Onsite Assessment Day (Week of 21 September): Get to know our team, complete your final interview and experience our company culture during our onsite hiring event in Munich or Berlin.
• Offer & Domain Matching: Receive your official offer after the onsite event with a confirmed domain assignment and get ready for our cohort onboarding!

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data, Mathematics, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Work Experience: Initial experience gained through relevant internships, working student positions, or entry-level roles in product management, consulting, operations, or a fast-growing startup—ideally within fintech, banking, or complex environments.
• Tools & Agile Frameworks: Hands‑on experience with modern agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) and familiar with user story creation and rapid prototyping.
• Communication & Stakeholders: Clear and concise communicator in English (written and verbal), capable of bridging technical, operational, and business discussions across engineers, stakeholders, and executives.
• Work Ethic & Execution: Solution‑oriented and proactive, with strong ownership, attention to detail, high resilience, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment.
• Product & Industry Passion: High level of adaptability, continuous willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for digital products, technology, and investing/finance.
• Language Requirements: Fluent in English (company language); German language skills are a strong plus/advantage.
