Senior Product Assurance Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

1. Definition and implementation of the software (SW) quality program, including contributions to defining the SW development life cycle
2. Definition of SW quality requirements for suppliers
3. Preparation and revision of the SW Product Assurance Plan for contractual milestones
4. Definition, verification, and monitoring of quality requirements for suppliers
5. Implementation and assurance of processes throughout all phases of the SW life cycle
6. Monitoring and supporting SW-related verifications and validations
7. Participation in internal and external milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, etc.)
8. Regular reporting to customers and project management

Your Qualifications

1. A university degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
2. Ideally, several years of professional experience in software quality assurance within the space industry
3. Experience in the application of software process standards (e.g., ECSS, Spice4Space, ISO 15504, CMMi)
4. Comfortable making decisions and communicating them effectively to suppliers and customers
5. A skilled and confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
6. Flexible, responsible, and capable of working independently
7. Fluent in written and spoken English
