We seek a Product Analyst (m / d / w) to run analysis and reporting for our product team at EGYM Wellpass. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in deciphering insights from our product data, contributing significantly to strategic decision-making. Join our Business Analytics team in Munich and help shape the future of EGYM Wellpass through insightful data analytics.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You collaborate closely with teams including Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, Designers, BI, and Data Science.
• Metrics & KPIs: Define and monitor metrics for evaluating product performance and progress.
• Data Insights: Deliver actionable insights from product data to facilitate decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Improve processes and tools to reduce turnaround times for analytical questions, enabling more strategic analysis.
• OKRs & Strategy: Support the development of OKRs and provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Data Architecture: Assist in developing and maintaining a robust data architecture, ensuring seamless integration with tools like Tableau and Snowflake.

Your fitness level

• Professional Experience: 3+ years in business intelligence, analyzing and reporting product data.
• Data Visualization: Expertise in storytelling with tools like Tableau & Mixpanel.
• Technical Skills: Fluent SQL skills.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of working with diverse teams and understanding their data needs.
• Data Knowledge: Technical understanding of data flows.
• Business Understanding: Interest in the business impact of product metrics.
• Product Development: Good understanding of product development processes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.

Your training goal for your first 6 months

• Gain in-depth understanding of EGYM's data ecosystem and reporting processes.
• Build strong relationships with Product and Data Teams.
• Become proficient with reporting tools like Tableau & Mixpanel.
