We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Analytics team within Quick Commerce. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leveraging data to optimize our quick commerce offerings, impacting our DMarts and Local Shops segments. Your insights will empower product decisions and ensure our initiatives deliver tangible business value.

Join us in redefining customer experiences in quick commerce. You will help build scalable technology for our non-food offerings, reaching new markets and driving revenue growth. Your work will help make Delivery Hero the platform of choice for a wide range of products, fostering faster growth and greater value for customers worldwide.

In this role:

You will partner closely with Product Managers to drive operational excellence and strategic insights across areas like Fulfillment Operations, Supply Chain, Assortment, Pricing, and Integrations. Your focus will be on metrics monitoring, deep dive analysis, experimentation, and fostering a data-driven culture. Your insights will shape product roadmaps, optimize features, and assess impact. You will define KPIs, design experiments, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders, ensuring product initiatives deliver measurable business value and support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define hypotheses, KPIs, and success criteria
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of product usage, adoption, and impact metrics to identify trends and opportunities
  • Own end-to-end analytics support for product initiatives
  • Design and execute experiments (A/B, Quasi-experiments) to optimize product features and user experience
  • Establish effective causal inference strategies to evaluate interrelations and identify growth drivers
  • Support the implementation of tracking strategies and ensure data integrity
  • Generate business intelligence solutions and visualizations to communicate key insights
Qualifications:
  • Proven 3-5 years experience in Product Analytics or Data Analytics within fast-paced, product-driven environments
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL, dbt, Airflow, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau or Looker Studio; experience with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely or Adobe Target
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts, experimental design, and A/B testing methodologies
  • Experience with event tracking and instrumentation tools
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science)
