The Role :

As Procurement Manager, you will lead the sourcing and contracting of equipment and services for utility-scale projects, while working closely with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and supplier compliance.

You will play a vital role in project planning, execution, and commercial risk mitigation across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full procurement cycle including tendering, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Engage with key suppliers for electrical, civil, and balance-of-plant components.
• Ensure alignment between commercial terms and project timelines.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehousing teams on delivery tracking.
• Act as commercial lead on procurement risk and vendor performance.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of procurement experience in Solar PV, Wind, or BESS.
• Familiarity with EPC structures and major equipment procurement.
• Strong contract negotiation skills (FIDIC, EPC, or bespoke terms).
• Fluent in German (C1 minimum) and English.
