We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager (d/f/m) to join our Mobile Procurement Team in Berlin.

This is a hybrid role (1-3 office days per week), based in Berlin Charlottenburg.

About The Procurement Team

We are undergoing a significant transformation. Our local Mobile Procurement team focuses on understanding local market and commodity needs, implementing strategic sourcing initiatives, and optimizing workflows with technology-driven solutions. You will report to our Mobile Lead of Procurement.

What You Will Do

1. You will manage a local commodity budget of approximately €50-100m in Marketing and Technology.
2. You will collaborate with the Global Sourcing team to align priorities and action plans.
3. You will serve as the main local Procurement contact for stakeholders within your commodities.
4. You will drive supplier relationship management and foster collaborations that deliver value for money.
5. You will guide the procurement process and lead local sourcing initiatives to ensure successful and compliant execution.
6. You will identify cost-saving opportunities to improve efficiency and positively impact the bottom line.
7. You will have the opportunity to co-create or refine ways of working and to promote sourcing automation.
8. You will contribute to our innovative, AI-driven environment.

Who You Are

1. You have 5+ years of experience in Strategic / Indirect Procurement, with a focus on IT/Tech/Marketing.
2. You are hands-on, willing to challenge the status quo, and support corporate transformation.
3. You have a continuous improvement mindset and can identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and tools.
4. You are skilled in data analysis and interpretation.
5. You are fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
