Vodafone, based in Düsseldorf, seeks a Senior Process & Quality Control Expert (m/f/d) to standardize and optimize end-to-end business processes across functions and markets, aligning with our operating model.

You will lead process design, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, establishing KPIs and driving cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive BPM and process design experience.
• Strong proficiency in process mapping tools and KPI reporting.
• Fluent English and German at CEFR C1 level.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process Standardization & Governance: You define, standardize, and maintain end-to-end business processes across functions and markets to establish clear ownership and align with our operating model.
• Process Design & Implementation: You lead process mapping, modeling, and documentation following the VT Process Governance Framework, driving the adoption of harmonized ways of working across all stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: You build a continuous improvement culture by monitoring process performance, removing operational inefficiencies, and applying best practices to maximize efficiency gains.
• Performance Management: You establish process KPIs, control points, and governance mechanisms to measure adoption, compliance, and quality while delivering actionable recommendations.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: You drive cross-functional implementation initiatives, managing milestones, risks, and senior stakeholder alignment to deliver complex change projects successfully.

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Process Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Extensive experience in business process management, process design, governance, and continuous improvement, alongside proven project management expertise in complex cross-functional environments.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in process mapping, process modeling tools, KPI definition, and performance reporting; familiarity with Lean/continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Excellent facilitation, structured planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills, with a strong capability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent English and German skills, spoken and written (at least C1 level according to CEFR).

At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Düsseldorf.
