Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on ALD, dielectric, or metal deposition
  • Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing (FAB) ideally with 300mm silicon wafer surface area
  • Understanding of deposition processes and techniques, including ALD, CVD, and PVD, and their applications in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive decision-making in process development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with an eagerness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn from experienced professionals
  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards related to semiconductor manufacturing processes
  • A proactive approach and willingness to tackle challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

The Role: Black Semiconductor GmbH is currently looking for an experienced Senior Process, Equipment and Installation Engineer - ALD. This role is essential for developing and implementing new production processes, contributing to the innovation and efficiency of semiconductor manufacturing.

In this role, you will design, optimize, and develop ALD, dielectric, and metal deposition processes, directly enhancing our semiconductor manufacturing capabilities.
