We are on the lookout for a Senior/Principal Product Manager - New Products to join our AdTech team and help scale our growing advertising business while delivering amazing experiences.

At Delivery Hero, we explore the potential of AdTech to introduce people to new food they love and enable our partners to reach their future customers at the perfect moment. Our products offer advertising solutions for restaurants, increasing their visibility, reach, and sales by covering the entire marketing funnel. Operating across about 50 countries, our AdTech connects advertisers with customers millions of times daily. In 2024/25, AdTech is key to our path to profitability, expected to generate over 1 billion euros in revenue, with our innovative tech and products at its core.

This role requires you to serve as a product and business thought leader, identifying untapped areas in our advertising ecosystem and defining product and business roadmaps to capitalize on these opportunities. You will collaborate with product, engineering, data, and commercial teams, as well as other stakeholders and global entities.

Define and own the strategy and roadmap for our new adtech products, including programmatic offerings (Open auction/Direct), Adtech as a Service, and other new adtech/martech products.

Identify and develop potential partnership opportunities with other adtech players, leveraging your network and Delivery Hero's connections.

Engage with regional teams worldwide to understand business and product opportunities, influencing product discovery and roadmaps.

Collaborate with other Adtech product leaders in Display, Sponsored Listings, and Deals to uncover new opportunities.

As a global leader, act as a thought leader and subject matter expert, participate in our global product community, and serve as a product champion and mentor.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in product management/development, ideally in internet, e-commerce, and ad-tech sectors.
  • 3+ years of relevant adtech experience developing commercially viable product portfolios.
  • Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps, and communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • Passionate about growth and advancing business to the next level.
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen; capable of explaining product initiatives through data and guiding decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills; fluency in English, both written and oral, capable of communicating at tactical, strategic, and visionary levels.
