Job Title: Senior / Principal Product Manager, Agentic AI

We are seeking a Senior / Principal Product Manager for Agentic AI to join our Vendor team and help us deliver exceptional experiences.

You will lead the development of a Conversational AI Agent designed to transform how our restaurant partners interact with our platform. This intelligent assistant will enable partners to manage operations, increase visibility, and expand their reach to customers. Your contributions will foster growth for restaurants of all sizes and strengthen Delivery Hero’s ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the product strategy for the AI Agent, impacting vendor experience across 60+ countries.

2. Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders globally to prioritize and solve problems for restaurant partners.

3. Identify opportunities that address key pain points, drive adoption, and balance innovation with foundational development.

4. Utilize data to generate insights, inform decisions, and build consensus on the product roadmap.

5. Establish success metrics, lead experimentation, and optimize performance for business impact.
