WHAT WILL YOU DO..

We are seeking a Sr. Principal Architect to lead the design and evolution of our B2B platform, with a strong focus on simplifying complex systems, scaling cloud-native infrastructure, and embedding AI/ML into our technology ecosystem. You will serve as a strategic technology leader, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to shape the long-term architecture that powers our high-performance, high-traffic enterprise systems.In this role you will..

• Define and evolve the end-to-end architecture for our core B2B systems with a focus on scalability, resilience, and simplicity.
• Act as a technical thought leader inAI/ML enablement, advising on architecture patterns for model deployment, MLOps, data pipelines, and intelligent automation.
• Drivecloud infrastructure strategy, focusing on reliability, cost optimization, and modern DevOps practices across multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align architecture with business goals and product strategy.
• Mentor and influence engineering teams, promoting architectural standards, governance, and technical excellence.
• Identify and reduce technical debt; champion system modernization and architecture simplification.
• Lead architecture reviews and participate in key design decisions across domains.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our architecture.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR..

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering and architectural leadership roles, with significant experience in B2B or enterprise systems.
• Proven expertise in designing cloud-native architectures on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep knowledge ofAI/ML infrastructure, data modeling, training pipelines, inference services, and lifecycle management.
• Strong experience in designingdistributed systems handling large-scale traffic and complex business logic.
• Proficiency in architectural patterns such asevent-driven architecture, microservices, serverless, and API-first design.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to influence executive and technical audiences alike.
• Hands-on experience withinfrastructure as code, CI/CD, and security best practices.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated or data-sensitive industries (e.g., finance, logistics, healthcare).
• Background in enterprise integration, EDI, or other B2B communication protocols.
• Experience with open-source contributions or architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
