Racyics in Germany is seeking an experienced Analog & Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to lead the development of RF and AMS IP in advanced CMOS nodes. You will guide small AMS design teams in SoC projects, from concept through verification and implementation, and collaborate with Digital teams for full integration.

Responsibilities include design of data-converters, PLLs, SerDes, memories in 28nm/22nm tech, development of behavioral models, schematic and layout supervision, and driving AMS

Qualifikationen

• Experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design for RF/AMS IP.
• Experience with 28nm/22nm CMOS technologies.
• Ability to lead small AMS design teams and mentor others.

We are looking for an experienced Analog & Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to design RF and AMS IP in advanced nodes, and to provide technical leadership for small teams of AMS Designers in System-on-Chip design projects. You will be responsible for the concept, design, verification, and implementation of state-of-the-art RF and mixed-signal circuits, and for the creation of design views required in a digital implementation flow. You will work in close cooperation with Digital Design and Implementation teams. Furthermore, you will lead the analog development activities in SoC design projects and provide structure and mentorship to small project-driven teams of AMS designers.
