Senior Pricing Analyst role focuses on establishing the monthly billing process, leading process documentation, creating support runbooks, establishing operational metrics, and managing account growth. The role collaborates with engineering teams to implement AI-driven support solutions and supports a dedicated team with related automation development.

Responsibilities

• Establish monthly billing processes, document procedures, create runbooks, and define operational metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement AI-driven support solutions.
• Execute monthly manual discounting, invoice consolidation, and generation of Request for Payment (RFP); manage audit processes.
• Work within EU data sovereignty requirements while handling customer cases, documenting solutions, and maintaining billing support procedures.
• Identify and resolve root causes of billing issues; participate in support retrospectives; work with system developers to improve billing operations.
• Support customer inquiries, provide timely resolution, and contribute to long-term process improvements.
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting for various internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel data manipulation/analysis.
• Experience in sales operations or related field; 8+ years of relevant work experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Program management experience; ability to work with cross-functional teams (Account Managers, Technology partners, Service teams).
• Experience operating within regulatory requirements and data governance considerations (EU data sovereignty).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, solve problems creatively, and drive customer-focused outcomes.
