As part of our Pre-Sales Consulting team, reporting to the Head of Presales Consulting Europe & APAC, you will support the DACH region's sales team by delivering technical, solution, and value engineering expertise throughout the sales cycle.
This role involves front-line outbound activities and internal collaboration to execute the Pre-Sales Consulting charter effectively.
- Collaborate with JAGGAER teams to define, design, and assess the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Develop and present value creation models leveraging the JAGGAER ONE solution.
- Contribute to product development, competitive positioning, and knowledge management.
- Communicate JAGGAER’s value proposition and differentiators through presentations, demos, webinars, and thought leadership channels.
- Work with sales and account management teams to develop commercial propositions aligned with strategy and business cases.
- Demonstrate how JAGGAER has delivered value to existing clients and its relevance to prospects.
- Build strong relationships with prospects by understanding their business needs and technical requirements.
- Create and present tailored value proposals and measurement metrics.
- Maintain and develop technology demonstration assets tailored to industry challenges.
- Deliver technology demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept projects.
- Assist in completing prospect RFPs in collaboration with the Bid Manager.
- Coordinate with professional services to ensure smooth project scoping and handoff.
- Share knowledge within the team and contribute to corporate learning initiatives.
- Provide feedback to Product Management to enhance solution functionality.
- Research best practices in P2P and S2P processes within procurement.
Position Requirements :
- Extensive experience in procurement process design and execution, especially in direct categories.
- Ability to communicate effectively with procurement, finance, and accounting stakeholders, including CPOs, CFOs, and operations personnel.
- Deep understanding and enthusiasm for procurement technologies and solutions.
- Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of software, hardware, and networking technologies.
- Experience with multiple technology solutions/environments, including ERP, P2P, BI/Analytics, and CLM, across on-premises and cloud platforms.
- Interest in current market trends like AI and ML.
- Relevant degree or qualifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and process modeling tools.
- Experience presenting in large, high-profile forums.
- Additional language skills (Italian, French, Spanish) are a plus.
