Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide leadership to develop strategies within the Market to win more Pouch Volumes.
2. Support Sales team to create a pipeline and select upfront right projects with high probability to win.
3. Coordinate the creation of the most effective proposals to win in the market, aligning between Markets and Pouch CoE.
4. Be the expert of the solution in critical customer meetings.
5. Facilitate the connection between Sales team and Pouch CoE.
6. Keep the flow of communication with all functions to drive priorities.
7. Give feedback from all functions and receive inputs from markets to develop the right products.
8. Create a successful team and develop talent for future succession.

Skills & Capabilities

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree in Engineering is a plus.
2. Strong Pouch product and solution demonstrated experience are an advantage.
3. Past successes driving and managing change within a complex international, matrix organization.
4. Outstanding team building skills with the ability to improve interaction and efficiency as well as the ability to break down barriers/silos.
5. Experience working in a matrix environment.
6. Business level language skills in English and German.
