Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to develop strategies within the market to increase pouch volumes.
• Support the sales team in creating a pipeline and selecting high-probability projects.
• Coordinate the creation of effective proposals to win in the market, aligning between markets and Pouch CoE.
• Be the expert on solutions during critical customer meetings.
• Facilitate communication between sales and Pouch CoE.
• Maintain communication flow with all functions to drive priorities.
• Provide feedback from all functions and gather inputs from markets to develop the right products.
• Create a successful team and develop talent for future succession.

Skills & Capabilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in pouch solutions or similar technology.
• Proven success in driving and managing change within a complex international, matrix organization.
• Experience with European business.
• Outstanding team-building skills to improve interaction and efficiency, and to break down barriers/silos.
• Experience working in a matrix environment.
• Business-level proficiency in English and German.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
