Tasks and Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide leadership to develop strategies within the market to increase pouch volumes.
2. Support the sales team in creating a pipeline and selecting the right projects with high probability of success.
3. Coordinate the creation of effective proposals to win in the market, aligning efforts between markets and the Pouch Center of Excellence (CoE).
4. Serve as the expert on solutions during critical customer meetings.
5. Facilitate communication between the sales team and the Pouch CoE.
6. Maintain communication flow with all functions to drive priorities.
7. Provide feedback from all functions and gather inputs from markets to develop suitable products.
8. Create a successful team and develop talent for future succession planning.

Skills & Capabilities

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree in Engineering is a plus.
2. Strong experience with Pouch products and solutions is advantageous.
3. Proven success in driving and managing change within complex international, matrix organizations.
4. Experience working with European business.
5. Excellent team-building skills to improve interaction and efficiency, and the ability to break down barriers/silos.
6. Experience working in a matrix environment.
7. Business-level proficiency in English and German.
