Your Role

1. Drive the strategic expansion of our BESS portfolio by combining technical expertise with business development to create innovative solutions and capabilities.
2. Take ownership of consulting and development projects in the battery storage sector, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with business goals.
3. Identify new market opportunities and play an active role in shaping our business development strategy.
4. Conduct technical feasibility studies and develop practical use cases such as peak shaving, grid stabilization, and energy arbitrage.
5. Analyze regulatory frameworks and translate them into market-oriented strategies.
6. Support the grid connection process and ensure seamless integration of battery storage systems into broader energy infrastructures.
7. Design digital solutions and IT architectures tailored to the needs of battery storage projects.
8. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders from industry, utilities, and regulatory bodies.

Your Profile

• A degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• At least seven years of experience in the development and implementation of BESS projects, with a deep understanding of the regulatory and economic landscape of the energy sector.
• Strong expertise in grid connection, market mechanisms, system integration, and IT infrastructure.
• Ideally, a background in strategic portfolio development and experience in consulting or business development within the energy industry.
• A high level of self-motivation, analytical thinking, and a passion for innovation.
• Fluency in both German and English, combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
