ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology is seeking an experienced IT Platform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise AI platforms and services in a dynamic environment. You will drive AI/LLM integration, MLOps, and platform engineering practices while ensuring scalability, security, and governance.

Key responsibilities include automating deployments, improving observability and cost management, and advising development teams.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience designing, implementing, and maintaining IT platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud computing.
• Good knowledge of modern CI/CD and GitOps methods.
• Strong experience in developing scripts and tools to automate deployments and configurations.
• Ideally knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and AI governance concepts; experience in building and operating AI, machine learning, or generative AI platforms.
• Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as team player attitude.
• Very good German and English skills.
