The Opportunity

In this role, you will:

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones, and timelines, using critical path methodology
• Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes through Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology
• Ensure schedules adhere to the project execution plan, including contracting, procurement, and project control strategy documents and plans
• Establish a clear method for baselining schedules and managing periodic updates
• Manage the fully integrated project schedule, structuring it to allow review at various levels and details
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners to achieve excellent client outcomes
• Provide regular updates on schedule progress
• Review external schedules to ensure they are compiled using scheduling best practices

• Have developed your planning and scheduling skills
• Have demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience and can interpret and communicate findings effectively to key partners
• Have experience using Primavera P6 planning software to build schedules
• Possess a degree or comparable experience in project management or construction
• Are detail-oriented and quality-focused
