Senior PHP Developer (m / f / d) – responsibilities and qualifications for this role are described below.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the further development and support of our Master Data Management System based on Pimcore
• Together with the specialist departments, you will design functional and technical solutions and actively contribute your ideas to the planning process
• Through close coordination with the specialist departments, you optimize existing systems and processes - including clean documentation
• You carry out code reviews and ensure quality with the help of our coding guidelines and well thought-out tests (e.g. unit tests, integration tests, UAT)

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the IT sector or a degree with a focus on computer science / IT
• You are familiar with cloud-based hosting environments
• You are familiar with agile development methods (e.g. Scrum or Kanban) and have already worked on complex projects
• You are familiar with PHP and Symfony in web development and have a sound knowledge of them
• Initial contact with Pimcore is a plus - but not a must
• You communicate confidently in German (at least B2) and English - both orally and in writing
