Here’s your chance to join! We’re looking for a (Senior) Backend Engineer - PHP (all genders).

YOUR ROLE:

• Participate in sprints alongside talented colleagues within an autonomous and agile product team.
• Oversee automatic deployment processes and support the product team with CI/CD.
• Manage, configure, and monitor cloud services.
• Collaborate with your team in estimating requests, driving development, QA, and ongoing monitoring.
• Assess business cases, suggest technological solutions, and contribute to the tech strategy with your product team.
• Continuously improve products in terms of security, simplicity, cost efficiency, performance, and usability.
• Monitor and present the outcomes of your developments.
• Engage regularly with the international IT and Security Office, assessing market trends and their potential application.
• Share expertise, for instance, through training sessions, presentations, or workshops.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience as a Backend Engineer, preferably in the E-Commerce sector.
• Solid understanding of PHP and Symfony, along with interest in DevOps and SRE.
• Familiarity with the configuration and development of ERP systems.
• Experience with tech stacks like Docker, Git, REST, relational databases, SQL, CI/CD, Unit Tests, Kubernetes, Microservices.
• Bonus skills: ElasticSearch, S3, AWS, Terraform.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both tech and business contexts.
• Feel confident and comfortable reading, writing, and speaking English; German skills are a plus
