Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategies, expansion plans, and budgets for all PPC channels (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads).
2. Collaborate closely with BI and Product teams to ensure optimal tracking and attribution across PPC channels.
3. Lead creative production processes for PPC campaigns based on data insights.
4. Establish a testing roadmap to enhance campaign efficiency continually.
5. Manage relationships with key strategic marketing partners (Google, Microsoft, Apple).
6. Report progress and identify growth opportunities to stakeholders.
7. Coordinate with Analytics, Engineering, Legal, and other teams to shape our PPC user acquisition strategy holistically.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition, especially in direct-to-consumer and app-based businesses.
• Deep knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, focusing on PPC channels (Google, Bing, ASA, Programmatic).
• Expertise in setting up and managing advanced tracking solutions and analytics platforms (e.g., Adjust, Google Analytics, GTM).
• Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills; creative out-of-the-box thinking.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven experience managing marketing budgets in the six-figure range.
• Growth mindset and leadership by example.
• Fluent in English; German skills and additional languages are a plus.
