Join our Fashion Marketing Team as a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d). We are seeking a Google-native Performance Marketing expert with deep hands-on experience across Performance Max (PMAX), Google Shopping, Search, and Demand Generation. As a key member of our fashion growth marketing team, you'll drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across multiple channels - with a laser focus on scalable, ROI-positive performance.

Your mission

• Own Paid Search and Google Shopping: Lead execution and optimization of campaigns in Google Ads and Merchant Center with mastery of PMAX, Smart Bidding, feed optimization, and keyword strategy
• Strategy Development: Proactively develop, create, and implement multi-channel campaigns and new projects to drive profitable growth and new customer acquisition
• Performance Analysis: Continuously optimize performance marketing campaigns to improve key KPIs, such as ROAS, POAS, and CAC. Plan and execute regular data-driven experiments - both creative and strategic - to uncover actionable insights and drive continuous performance improvements
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with your Marketing peers (e.g., SEO and Marketing Managers), as well as with teams from Product, BI, and MarTech, to drive success for both your team and the company in areas such as tracking, attribution, and automation
• Reporting: Present campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations to your Team Lead, C-level stakeholders, and cross-functional Marketing teams

Your profile

• Marketing Experience: Several years in Performance Marketing, with expertise in eCommerce, fashion, or similar. Experience working with Partner Account Managers and Agencies
• Platform Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in managing campaigns across key platforms, including Google Ads, Merchant Center, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Expertise in Awin is highly advantageous
• Google Mastery: 3-5+ years managing Google Ads campaigns with deep hands-on experience in PMAX, Shopping, and Search. Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) is a plus
• Data-Driven Insight: Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, and performance metrics to drive informed, impactful decisions
• Optimization Expertise: In-depth knowledge of tracking, attribution, and A/B testing methodologies to drive continuous performance optimization
• Communication Skills: You communicate clearly and confidently across teams. Fluency in English is required; German skills are a strong plus
