Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager. The role is based in Berlin, Germany, with the flexibility of some work from home. As a B2C Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for helping our clients to succeed with performance marketing. You will train our clients, iterate our frameworks and ensure that clients are unblocked. Strong analytical skills and effective communication are key for this role.

Qualifications

• you have been working with B2C startups at least 3x-ing its customer / users
• you know Meta Ads and Google Ads really well, every other channel is a plus
• you have managed monthly budgets of €10K & €200K+
• you know how to optimize funnels
• you like to lead other people
• you speak German fluently
