At 7NXT (Gymondo 7Mind BuddyFit) were building a next-generation Creative Engine. One that shapes how millions of people discover and build healthier routines physically and mentally.

As our Senior Performance Creative Strategist you define the creative systems behind our growth. You combine storytelling creative direction performance insights behavioral science and AI-driven workflows to turn ideas into scalable frameworks that drive both creative excellence and subscription growth.

If you love developing ideas shaping narratives crafting angles and then turning them into systems that perform this role gives you the space ownership and creative influence to do exactly that. Your work wont just make ads perform better - it will shape how our brands show up creatively across platforms.

Your Mission

Simple to state & meaningful to build :

Create a scalable AI-enabled creative system that elevates both the creative quality and performance of our paid social presence with Meta as the core channel besides other paid social & display channels.

You will focus on six core pillars :

Turn insights into ideas

• Translate platform signals and human insight into clear creative hypotheses
• Build repeatable creative frameworks (angles hooks narratives visual logic)
• Apply behavioral science (identity cues self-efficacy fresh start effect loss aversion) to shape messaging that resonates and reduces friction
• AI accelerates ideation expands narrative directions and supports early variation creation

Accelerate creation with AI

Use AI to :

• explore creative angles themes and ad families
• generate hook copy and visual variations
• support designers / editors in fast variant production

Plus :

• Develop shared prompt libraries and AI best practices
• Help the broader team adopt efficient and next-generation workflows

Build creative systems that scale

• Develop ad families not isolated assets
• Systemize creative logic across brands formats markets and languages
• Maintain a shared Creative Insights AI Playbook used across the organisation

Collaborate and inspire people

• Work closely with Performance Marketing on priorities and opportunities
• Deliver structured inspiring briefs for campaign assets to designers video editors and influencer teams that align with campaign goals and deadlines.

Raise creative quality through structured experimentation

• Set the standard for what great short-form creative looks like at 7NXT
• Build testing roadmaps (angle hook format CTA)
• Stay ahead of cultural moments formats and platform trends

Your Story

Youve spent the past years at the intersection of Creative Strategy short-form storytelling and Performance Creative. You think in ideas angles and narratives and you enjoy understanding how they perform.

Your background might be in creative strategy content / UGC direction performance creative concept development or a similar hybrid path. What matters is that you love shaping creative ideas that resonate and convert.

You bring :

• 36 years in creative strategy performance creative or paid social creative
• Deep expertise with Meta (required)
• Strong ability to craft scroll-stopping hooks angles and narratives
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools for ideation variant creation and storyboarding
• Confidence interpreting creative & performance insights
• Understanding of behavioral science in motivation and habit-building categories
• Experience across web acquisition flows landing pages app campaign flows

Nice-to-haves :

• Interest in fitness wellbeing or habit-building storytelling
• Plus familiarity with TikTok & YouTube Shorts Paid Social Media Display Networks
• Experience scripting or storyboarding UGC / talent-led creative
• Experience working across multiple brands or markets
