We are looking for a Senior People & Talent Operations Executive to join our People team. You'll be directly responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our People function by owning our systems, designing seamless processes, and ensuring our data is always accurate and insightful.

About You and The Role
Your Background: You don't necessarily need to come from a traditional HR or People Operations background. If you have a passion for operational excellence, data management, and systems optimisation, and can demonstrate the qualities we're looking for, we would love to speak with you.
Your Career Path: This is our first solely operations-focused role and will be a standalone position for the time being. The career path is one of becoming a deep subject matter expert in People Operations, with opportunities to take on more ownership and strategic responsibility as the function grows. This is not a People Experience or HR Business Partnering role.
