Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven and hands-on People Partner to support Omio’s C-Suite and senior leaders, making sure our people strategy propels the business forward. You’ll be a trusted advisor who turns insight into action, boosts organisational effectiveness and nurtures a high-performance culture.

  • Be Omio’s North Star - With your expertise, you will partner with C-Suite/management and senior leadership in Omio to support and help achieve the company business objectives from a people partnering perspective
  • Work in partnership with the subject matter experts within the people team to deliver consistent, high quality interventions to build a culture of ownership and high performance across the organisation
  • Help building a sustainable successful business through driving organizational development, organizational design, retention & engagement through your deliverables and support across the organization
  • Ensure effectiveness, speed and quality of your projects & plans by choosing the right metrics/KPI and look for continuous improvement
  • Be a proud brand ambassador and leader of Omio - walk the talk
  • Identify and implement process initiatives to make sure we run smoothly and efficiently with a great employee experience
  • Be a trusted advisor to your stakeholders, particularly the CxOs and their respective senior teams
  • Support Omionians with ad hoc requests
  • Protect the interests of the company by providing relevant, meaningful and accurate advice to employees and stakeholders
  • Bring your passion, can-do spirit and attitude to the table every day
  • Influence decision-making through insights from HR data (e.g., turnover, eNPS, performance distribution).
  • Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations and legal compliance issues (especially German labor law).
Qualifications
  • Proven success as a People/HR Business Partner—senior-level candidates will have led partnerships with C-Suite and scaled complex change programmes.
  • Proven experience in start-up/scale-up environments and navigating fast-paced organizational growth.
  • Command of German employment law and practical ER experience.
  • Stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to challenge and coach executives constructively.
  • Fluency in English required (German is a strong plus)
  • A team player with a passion for building engaging workplaces
