We’re looking for aSenior People Partner to join us on a12-month parental leave cover contract. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted adviser, coach, and culture champion, partnering closely with leaders across the business and driving forward critical people initiatives for our global teams.
For this role, you must be based in Hamburg, Germany. Office attendance, at least once a week (twice during our monthly allhands week), preferably more often, is required.
In this strategic and hands-on role (12-month parental leave cover), you’ll report to our Chief People & Culture Officer and help shape the future of our People & Culture team.
