What you'll do:

  1. Managing HR operations and compliance audits across Germany and EU regions, ensuring alignment with local labor laws.
  2. Designing and executing audit checks for payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
  3. Overseeing end-to-end payroll and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  4. Creating compliance and payroll reports to support planning and analysis.
  5. Resolving employee relations issues tied to legal and compliance matters.
  6. Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for smooth HR service delivery.
  7. Applying expertise in EU labor law, payroll compliance, and mobility.
  8. Maintaining clear and updated HR process documentation and SOPs.
  9. Using data and feedback to improve HR processes and employee experience.
  10. Identifying compliance risks early and taking preventive action.
  11. Acting as the main contact for labor authorities and regulatory bodies.

What we're looking for:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  2. Over 5 years of professional experience in HR with a strong focus on compliance and audits within the EU.
  3. Proven ability to design and lead compliance audits and implement HR processes in alignment with regional legal requirements.
  4. Capability to manage high-stakes HR projects autonomously with a structured and analytical approach.
  5. A passion for enhancing organizational culture and developing a people-centric work environment.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and drive HR innovations.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  8. High level of professionalism and discretion, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  9. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, with additional European languages being advantageous.
