Senior People & Culture Business Partner PMO (f/m/d) for Customer Success

What you'll do:

As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner PMO (f/m/d) supporting the People & Culture Business Partner Lead for Go-to-Market within the Customer Success Board Area, you will orchestrate strategic initiatives for SAP’s people agenda, focusing partially on the EMEA, APAC, and MEE regions.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the rollout of People Agenda programs and projects
  • Contributing to key deliverables and monitoring performance metrics
  • Developing and maintaining effective business partnerships, serving as a strategic and tactical HR consultant
  • Supporting stakeholder coordination within Customer Success
  • Collaborating across SAP’s global P&C network to create impact
  • Engaging with internal clients to understand business needs for successful transformation

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in People & Culture/HR Business Partner roles, preferably in a matrixed and international environment
  • Proven ability to manage large and small/midsize projects within complex, virtual, and global structures
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and create visualizations and summaries
  • Operational focus and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in project management and strategic business transformation consulting is highly desirable
  • High integrity and confidence in handling sensitive data
  • Customer orientation and strong consulting skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative working style
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and at least one other language
  • Can-do attitude and resilience
