WHAT WE OFFER

You’ll be part of our People & Organization (P&O) team, supporting our employees in Germany and collaborating with colleagues across Europe. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and a great employee experience.

  • You’re the first point of contact for our employees in Germany for all HR-related questions.

  • You prepare documents like employment contracts, reference letters, and certificates – ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.

  • You manage and maintain employee data and databases in line with legal and data protection requirements.

  • You monitor absences and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards.

  • You validate work permits and certificates to ensure legal compliance.

  • You coordinate mobility processes (e.g. A1 certificates, EU postings, immigration) with internal teams and external providers.

  • You collaborate closely with other P&O teams across countries.

  • You contribute to improving processes to enhance the employee experience.

  • You maintain and update content in our internal knowledge base.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • You have 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR administration.

  • You’re passionate about creating a great employee experience – even before someone’s first day.

  • You communicate confidently across cultures and departments.

  • You work independently, precisely, and manage multiple priorities with ease.

  • You’re proactive and enjoy solving new challenges.

  • You’re comfortable navigating complex situations and making thoughtful decisions.

  • You speak and writeGerman and English fluently. Additional European languages like Portuguese or Romanian are a plus.

  • You’re familiar with HCM systems like Workday.

  • You enjoy working in an international team with colleagues from different countries.
