We are looking for a Senior Payroll Customer Success Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers in the payroll domain, building and maintaining long-term relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities include developing expertise in our payroll products, managing the entire customer journey, identifying upselling opportunities, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience.

What you bring:

  • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in international Fintech, Payroll, or HR tech sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of global payroll software and systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in onboarding, growing, and retaining customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail, especially regarding payroll compliance and regulations.
  • Passion for problem-solving and strategic execution across technical scenarios.

Additional plus:

  • Knowledge of global organizations and start-up environments.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, remote settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deepen product knowledge and expertise in Remote Payroll services.
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure customer success and satisfaction, monitor account health, and prevent churn.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Gather and share customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Collaborate with sales and payroll teams to set accurate expectations.
  • Educate and train customers on payroll processes.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $126,600 USD, depending on experience, skills, and location. Our pay strategy considers geographic differentials to remain competitive globally.
