What you'll be doing

We are seeking an agile, commercially astute, and relationship-focused Senior Partner Relationship Manager to oversee our Shell partnership across Western Europe, with the potential to support and scale other key strategic partnerships. This critical role reports to the General Manager, Europe Fleet, and offers a unique opportunity for someone who excels at strategic partnerships, commercial execution, and operational excellence.

You will serve as the primary interface for Shell and other partners, ensuring mutual success through alignment, issue resolution, and strategic collaboration. You will coordinate internal teams (sales, credit, operations, product) to unlock volume growth, enhance partner satisfaction, and achieve commercial objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the Shell relationship in Western Europe, acting as the main point of contact for all commercial and operational matters.
  • Represent the partner internally, prioritizing initiatives, resolving challenges, and aligning teams to shared goals.
  • Coordinate joint initiatives and deliver quarterly business reviews with Shell and other stakeholders.
  • Translate partner strategies into tangible commercial results, including revenue growth, volume increase, and retention.
  • Support broader strategic partnerships within the Europe Fleet business and participate in cross-functional projects such as product expansion, market entry, and renegotiations.
  • Utilize data to track KPIs, generate insights, and support ongoing improvement across the partner lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in partner management, strategic accounts, or commercial operations, preferably in B2B payments, mobility, or fintech.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging C-level and field stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with financial understanding (P&L awareness, modeling, forecasting).
  • Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments, demonstrating agility, autonomy, and precision.
  • High ownership mentality and collaborative approach; a natural problem-solver and bridge-builder.
