We are seeking an experienced Senior Partner Manager to join our growing partnership team to drive business development and partnership efforts with key strategic partners in the EMEA region. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and developing the industrial partner ecosystem through your extensive knowledge of SaaS partner models with a proven track record of success in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in strategic alliances, revenue-focused partner development, direct sales experience and multi-lingual will be preferred. A proven track record of driving partner-led sales, opening new markets, and executing large enterprise deals will be critical. Candidates with strong domain experience physically located in the DACH region a background in high-growth SaaS or enterprise IT environments will be preferred. Job Description What you'll do Industrial Experience: Leverage your background in industrial solutions to quickly understand and navigate the key differences in technology solutions. Provide valuable insights and expertise to internal teams and external partners in the context of AI in industrial settings. Develop & Execute Global Partnership Strategies Build and manage strategic alliances with GSIs, MSPs, resellers, and key technology partners to drive pipeline growth and revenue acceleration. Define and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that expand SymphonyAI’s presence in European markets. Collaborate with Microsoft and hyperscale ecosystem partners to enhance SymphonyAI’s position as a preferred AI SaaS solution provider. Revenue Generation & Sales Collaboration Drive partner-influenced revenue through joint solution selling, co-marketing, and sales enablement initiatives. Leverage direct sales experience to align partnerships with SymphonyAI’s enterprise sales teams for co-sell success. Lead contract negotiations, deal structuring, and partner incentives to ensure win-win engagements. C-Level Engagement & Thought Leadership Establish and nurture executive relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers within partner organizations. Champion SymphonyAI’s IRIS Foundry vision in industry events, thought leadership forums, and partner conferences. Performance Tracking & Market Intelligence Define and measure KPIs for partner-driven sales performance, pipeline acceleration, and market penetration. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive moves, and emerging partnership opportunities. What you'll bring 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, and business development within enterprise IT, SaaS, or AI-powered solutions. Direct sales experience is a strong plus, particularly in high-value enterprise SaaS or IT solutions. Proven track record in partner-led revenue generation, with a history of driving $10M+ ARR growth through alliances. Strong relationships and GTM experience with Microsoft, AWS and GSIs like Accenture, TCS, HCLTech and Infosys. Excellent executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders in Fortune 500 companies. Multi-lingual with business proficiency for DACH region Bachelor's Degree in technical subject (Engineering, IT, Computer Science), Marketing or Business or related field (MBA Preferred). Manufacturing operations management domain experience in areas such as: Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Systems (SAP, Oracle…), IIoT, Big Data, Lean/Six Sigma. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
