As Ads partners work across all ad products, supply sources, and geographies, this is an exciting opportunity to drive impact broadly. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented business development leader with a proven track record in developing complex tech partnerships. You will cultivate new partnerships and drive revenue growth for emerging ad products, possessing strong relationship-building skills and the ability to identify mutually beneficial opportunities.

You will manage new business end-to-end, including understanding market dynamics, evaluating partnership opportunities, conducting outreach, negotiating agreements, and driving execution. You will serve as a role model for best practices in incubating new partnerships, deep diving into partners’ tech products, and enhancing partner performance. Collaboration with internal teams such as Product, Tech, Finance, and Legal is essential to develop new products that help brands achieve better outcomes. You should think strategically, identify trends, and influence stakeholders effectively.

Key job responsibilities
  • Close high-impact partnerships that drive revenue, product adoption, and strategic outcomes for Amazon Ads
  • Manage a portfolio of Amazon Ads partners, influencing their tech and go-to-market strategies
  • Represent Amazon to C-Suite leaders at partner companies
  • Deep understanding of technical business models and product integrations
  • Collaborate across product, tech, sales, legal, and finance teams to drive initiatives
  • Drive innovation for partner growth at scale
  • Set and own robust goals for revenue, product adoption, and strategic actions
  • Use data-driven approaches to inform business development decisions
GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Significant experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
  • Experience in developing strategies that influence organizational leadership decisions
BEVORZUGTE QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Experience in AdTech or Streaming TV advertising
