Carhartt WIP, part of the WIP Trading AG, is a family-owned business that started in the early 1990s as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt. It has since developed its own collections inspired by workwear originals.
Carhartt WIP aims to evolve while staying true to its roots. Over the past two decades, the brand's growth has been organic, shaped by its customers, culture, and dedicated employees.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a best-in-class Paid Social Strategy for Carhartt WIP, aligning with the brand's core values.
- Create, monitor, and optimize prospecting and retargeting campaigns across the customer funnel, applying industry best practices and innovative ideas.
- Identify current content trends on social platforms and adapt them into content ideas that match Carhartt WIP's aesthetic.
- Manage new and existing Paid Social initiatives, using data insights to guide decisions and focusing on KPIs like ROAS, CTR, and CPM.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce localized content and optimize assets for each platform, including testing performance and creativity.
- Work with business analysts and marketing stakeholders to automate processes and leverage data insights to enhance cross-channel impact and support business goals.
- Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven paid social campaigns from start to finish, fostering a culture of testing and optimization.
- Stay updated on paid social media trends and technologies, implementing best practices to improve initiatives.
Your Profile:
- Several years of hands-on, data-driven online marketing experience, with a successful track record in paid social media strategies, preferably in e-commerce, with a relevant degree.
- Experience managing large budgets on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Knowledge of product feeds, dynamic ads, and automation tools is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of digital performance marketing metrics, tools, and best practices.
- Enthusiasm for using innovative technology to deliver targeted messages.
- Strong communication skills; experience in training and mentoring is a plus.
- Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Excel, Google Analytics, and feed tools like Channel Pilot or Channable.
- Passion for subcultures such as electronic music, hip-hop, skating, streetwear fashion, or art is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and adaptable to an agile work environment.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and lead projects successfully.
