Middle Point is seeking a Senior Outfitting Engineer in the Northwest Germany region (Bremerhaven) to lead the technical preparation and coordination of outfitting packages for vessels. You will collaborate with the Project Manager, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure the best technical solutions are selected and implemented on schedule.

The role requires strong experience in ship outfitting and related systems, ability to work independently, and clear technical recommendations.

As a Senior Outfitting Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical preparation and coordination of outfitting packages for the vessel. You will work closely with the Project Manager, suppliers, subcontractors and other engineering disciplines to make sure the right technical solutions are selected and ready for implementation.

Your technical expertise will help the Project Manager make informed decisions and keep the project moving according to schedule.
