• Supervise team members and ensure the completion and approval of daily tasks, overseeing the smooth processing of corporate actions, trading counterparties, custodian banks, and central securities depositories.
• Investigate mismatches, identify optimization opportunities, develop scalable processes, and manage the execution of time-sensitive tasks to ensure quality assurance, on-time processing, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate communication with external partners and internal development teams to ensure smooth processing and drive improvements.
• Lead detailed corporate action event analyses to inform operational decisions and identify process improvements.
• Successfully completed a banking apprenticeship or holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or equivalent.
• Gained multiple years of experience in securities services, corporate actions, brokerage, or asset management; prior experience in a bank’s middle or back office is a plus.
• Have an in-depth understanding of technical and legal requirements, market standards, and practices for processing corporate actions, with expertise in German domestic settlement systems and processes of Clearstream Banking Frankfurt, Xact, CASCADE, etc.
• Able to evaluate results, make fact-based decisions, and update stakeholders in a time-sensitive environment while managing competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
