About The Opportunity

We are looking for an Online Marketing Operations Manager - Search & Display (Korean Speaking) to join our Performance Marketing Operations Team. You will help shape strategies that build customer loyalty and optimize marketing investments, creating connections with millions of customers and positioning Delivery Hero as a market leader.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end strategy and execution of Google & Apple Ads campaigns in Korea.
• Analyzing campaign data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing optimizations to improve ROI.
• Overseeing tracking, attribution, troubleshooting discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Driving testing and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scale campaigns.
• Developing creative best practices and collaborating with the design team for high-performing creatives.
• Developing presentations and delivering insights to stakeholders for data-driven decisions.

What you need to be successful

• Fluent in Korean and English, with strong communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in a performance-driven environment.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale paid search campaigns.
• Knowledge of tracking and attribution methodologies and troubleshooting skills.
• Strategic problem-solving skills and ability to communicate solutions effectively.
• Team player with relationship-building and presentation skills.
