Your responsibilities

• We train employees in online marketing and the digitalization of business processes, enabling our clients to start a new professional life. You are responsible for the conception, implementation, fine-tuning, and evaluation of performance campaigns across various digital media, especially Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.

• You bring innovative ideas and strategies to deepen existing channels and explore potential new ones.

• Through A/B testing, you ensure continuous improvement and adjustment of campaigns.

• You define, interpret, and monitor relevant KPIs and support budget adjustments of campaigns according to the set KPIs.

• You regularly create performance reports, present them, and provide actionable recommendations based on them.

• You actively contribute to the development of our ad sector in our online course and support our participants with questions related to ads.

You are proficient with common marketing tools and analytics platforms. Terms like Meta Business Manager, Google Ad Account, Google Analytics, lead generation, pixels & tags, and keyword research are familiar to you. You value challenges and see yourself as a true team player. Initiative and independence characterize your work style, especially in implementing (client) projects. You keep up with current digital trends and have a solid understanding of various platforms. Our target audience and business model are familiar to you, and you can identify well with them. Professional and effective customer contact is natural for you. Your German skills are impeccable, both spoken and written.
