(Senior) Online Marketing Manager – Digital Subscriptions (m/w/d)

Location: Oldenburg

Job Description:

We are looking for a (Senior) Online Marketing Manager – Digital Subscriptions (m/w/d) at Nordwest-Zeitung Verlagsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG in Oldenburg. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with immediate start. The role involves managing B2C digital subscription sales, creating targeted campaigns across digital channels, managing paywall offers, developing and analyzing marketing campaigns, and working closely with a motivated marketing team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for B2C sales of digital NWZonline subscriptions.
  2. Develop targeting, campaign, and testing strategies for marketing subscriptions across different digital channels.
  3. Manage the offers presented through our paywall to target audiences.
  4. Design, implement, and analyze campaigns onsite, via email, and on social media.
  5. Create and optimize high-converting landing pages.
  6. Monitor and analyze online marketing metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
  7. Collaborate with colleagues in audience analytics, editorial, technical, and CRM teams.
Qualifications:
  1. Degree in marketing, communication, e-commerce, or a comparable qualification.
