GEODIS FF Germany GmbH & Co KG in Hamburg is seeking a professional to independently manage ocean freight shipments from start to finish, acting as the interface between customers, our network, and service providers.

The role requires a completed freight forwarding apprenticeship, strong MS Office skills, excellent English, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. You will perform cost analyses and support continuous improvements.

Qualificações

• Completed commercial vocational training as a freight forwarding agent.
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Independent working style and high level of commitment.
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and team orientation.
• Confident command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Independent management and processing of ocean freight shipments from A to Z.
• Acting as a point of contact and interface between customers, our network, and our business partners.
• Performance analyses and initiation of continuous improvements within your area of responsibility.
• Negotiations with service providers.
• Invoicing of ocean freight shipments with full cost control and results overview.
