Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to automate processes, optimize deployments, and enhance security for multiple customers. You will work with Linux-based systems, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tools, contributing to incident response and monitoring.

Fluency in German and English is required to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. You will own end-to-end tasks from development through production, ensuring reliable and scalable platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in Linux-based systems and cloud deployments.

• Automate product and setup processes to reduce manual workload.

• Automate product and setup processes to reduce manual workload
• Collaborate closely with the Development team to optimize daily software version deployments and resolve technical issues
• Design, implement, and document improvements to security measures for customers and external audits
• Scale deployments for dozens of customers, including large databases, container orchestration, and cloud-native tools
• Monitor incident response, perform root-cause analysis, and restore services to minimize downtime
• Establish and maintain robust monitoring and alerting to proactively detect and resolve platform issues

Requirements

• Professional experience with Linux-based systems; Windows Server experience is a plus
• Experience deploying and managing workloads across multiple cloud providers
• Practical experience managing Kubernetes, container orchestration, and related cloud-native technologies
• Strong understanding of development and operations cycles, including CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Experience managing data streams with tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or Prometheus
• Confident communication in German and English with a range of stakeholders
• Reliable task completion and end-to-end ownership
• Basic programming skills and proficiency in Java or Python; experience with Rust or Go is a plus
• Must reside in Germany
